Leticia Ocampo Villamar

Leticia (Leti) Ocampo Villamar is the Deputy Director at Social Venture Partners (SVP) Seattle, where she leverages more than a decade of nonprofit experience in finance and operations to strengthen organizational systems and advance mission-driven work. In her role, Leti oversees financial management, operational strategy, and day-to-day organizational functions, ensuring that SVP Seattle operates with efficiency, accountability, and impact.

Prior to joining SVP Seattle, Leti served as Operations Director at Fuse Washington, a progressive advocacy organization focused on advancing policy and systems change. During her tenure, she led organizational operations and financial management, and implemented systems to support organizational growth and effectiveness.

Throughout her career, Leti has partnered with nonprofit leaders to build strong operational foundations that enable programs to thrive. Her expertise spans financial oversight, organizational planning, and process improvement, with a focus on aligning internal systems with mission and impact.

Originally from Los Angeles, Leti now calls Washington home. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring Seattle’s cocktail scene, spending time with her partner and two cats, and diving into her latest science fiction read or film.
